ACNC corporate policies and procedures

The ACNC is developing a range of policies and procedures to support us in achieving our objects. The following policies and procedures are provided to guide charities and the public on how we will make important decisions. Please note that these policies and procedures will be reviewed to take into account further developments (including forthcoming regulations) in the near future.

Commissioner’s policy statements

Commissioner’s policy statements explain how the ACNC interprets, approaches and administers the ACNC Act.

Penalties for failing to lodge documents on time (24/07/2017)
