Summary of activities

Pets Haven is a not-for-profit organisation (non-government funded) that rescue and rehomes animals, focusing on rescuing companion animals from death row pounds, puppy farms, the general community and take cruelty cases. Without our services, these animals would be euthanized. We provide veterinary work, temperament tests and health checks of rescued animals, support foster carers, and finding permanent homes for the rescued animals. We operate a community clinic to provide very affordable veterinary services to the community, including desexing, vaccination, dental, disease and other medical treatments. Pets Haven also opens its doors to Work Placement students.
