The ACNC Commissioner accepted an undertaking from the Charity to improve its governance. This included putting in place enhanced financial accountability mechanisms, improving its procedures for the management and disclosure of conflicts of interests, ensuring responsible persons were provided sufficient support and guidance through the establishment of an advisory committee and governance training.

Between 10 April 2015 and 27 May 2016 the Charity provided all the information required and the ACNC Commissioner accepted that the Charity has complied with its obligations.
