Summary of activities

With the development and implementation within the Queensland Children's Hospital of a Parent Liaison Officer a network of support and communication will be attained for both parent, patient and nursing staff. To achieve this outcome, research grants, corporate sponsorship and monetary support networks have been prepared. It is envisioned that the employment of a Parent Liaison Officer and provision of the compendium will be supported by those networks on an ongoing basis.
