SPELD NSW:
- provided a free information and referral service for parents of students and adults with specific learning difficulties;
- ran professional development for teachers and professionals and parent workshops on areas of evidence based literacy and numeracy and aspects of supporting students with specific learning difficulties;
- provide resources, including through our bookstore, to support families, tutors, teachers and schools;
- contributed to government consultation on important issues in relation to specific learnding difficulties.
