Description of charity's activities and outcomes
Tour de Cure’s mission is to cure cancer. We run multiple cycle tours a year around Australia as well as walks, health challenges and gala events. Through these events and corporate partnerships, we fund important cancer research, prevention and support programs. As part of every TdC event, we spread an important cancer prevention message to school kids as part of our Be Fit Be Healthy Be Happy program. Over the last 13 years, TdC has raised $60Million, funded 432 cancer projects, contributed to over 29 cancer advances or breakthroughs, and talked to over 125,000 school children. Together we’re getting closer to our dream of a world without cancer.
