Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
Through the provision of our care packages, computers for kids and bed in a bag programs we were able to support in excess of 700 young people living in out of home care to feel supported and empowered.Through the provision of our recharge retreat we have been able to support 70 carers of foster children who were at risk of placement breakdown. Retaining this essential component of the out of home care system is essential for positive outcomes for young people.
