Description of charity’s activities and outcomes
Ensuring there were sufficient volunteers (known as Legatees) , staff members and sufficient financial funds to support our objectives for our Legacy Beneficiaries. Support and care was provided through personal contact, social support and activities, education support, welfare, financial, bequests, advocacy to claim government benefits. We provide affordable independent living accommodation. Comradeship which started with the veterans we still foster. The torch and badge of Legacy symbolizes remembrance and we endeavor to display this to the public whenever possible.As part of an Estate, we have been tasked with the ongoing management of a scholarship bequest to fund opportunities for local Area Year 10, 11 and 12 students.
