Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
The 2018-2019 the CMTO delivered:
- Face-to-face and online training sessions to 1,499 paid staff and volunteers at 321 community radio stations, with a major focus on regional and remote areas
- 97 accredited training units delivered to 105 students, with a strong focus on rural, regional & remote and participation of women
- 83 pathways courses were delivered to 385 students to enhance their skills in broadcasting and leadership
- Webinars and online classes for more than 700 people
- 12 conference workshops for 282 people on technical, broadcast and leadership skills
