Description of charity’s activities and outcomes: 
Our organisation has helped to develop our employees social skills through interaction with other employees and staff whilst performing their daily tasks as well as helping to develop productivity skills through various hands on work and activities. Lasercraft has also supported and asisted with activities external to our Disability Enterprise which assist our employees with personal development such as sporting competitions and activities.This has been achieved through support, training and customised programs developed to suit the individual needs and ability of each employee. The needs of each employee is constantly monitored to ensure that the best care can be given on an ongoing basis.
