Description of charity’s activities and outcomes
We supported women with breast, uterine, ovarian, cervical and other types of gynaecological cancer through the use of volunteer support groups of women who have gone through cancer treatments. Also we have developed policies to advocate government for better health outcomes for women including Abortion law reform and female genital cosmetic surgery. Furthermore, we delivered 6 workshops to health professionals on a range of women's health issues. We also created a train the trainer manual for Violence Against Women to other organisations.
