Description of charity’s activities and outcomes:
NV Access continued to develop the free and open source NVDA screen reading software, providing it to blind and vision impaired people across the world. NV Access took steps to gain further financial support from the community by launching a redesigned website, working with a marketing consultant, and developing a 3 year strategic plan. Further funding was also requested from foundations and companies in order to employ extra staff to focus on business tasks, to free up the founding software developers to continue developing the needed software.
