Description of charity's activities and outcomes
All programs delivered by Devonport Chaplaincy focus on supporting positive community transformation. These programs are detailed and outlined on our websites: www.devonportchaplaincy.org.au and www.loavesandfishestasmania.org.au.Our vision is to provide life-changing chaplaincy to the communities.
Chaplaincy is defined as ‘pastoral care’, which includes all actions and activities taken to care for the social, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being of our community. Our mission and commitment are to serve the community by establishing holistic support and care services through our chaplains, support programs, volunteers, counselors, and extensive mentor networks. We are committed in a proactive and sustainable manner.
