Description of charity's activities and outcomes
RaRMS operates primary health care centres in rural and remote communities of NSW. As a part of this we recruit and manage medical workforce, including GPs and GP/VMO's to some of the most difficult locations to attract workforce to. We work closely with NSW Health and local hospitals and are developing innovative service modesl to improve patient access to services across rural and remote NSW. RaRMS Medical practices are bulk billing and we receive no recurrent grant funding, we operate with very limited resources (human and financial).
