Description of charity’s activities and outcomes
ALARA delivered a conference for practitioners; published two editions of a peer-reviewed journal; delivered several workshops or networking events; provided information from our website and other internet arrangements for practitioners; and facilitated encouraged, and provided the means for, Action Learning and Action Research practitioners to network through social media and other internet-based communication, as well through the events conducted during the year.These activities allowed those practitioners to further their work and research in workplaces, schools, colleges, universities, communities, and voluntary, government and commercial organisations. That work can make enormous differences and improvements to the way the people in those organisations and entities live, act, interact and learn.
