Mental health and crisis intervention
Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
We worked online and in the community to reduce the prevalence and impact of mental illness and suicide in Australia. Using social media and our website, we were able to reach over 42,000 individual people providing awareness, prevention and recovery education and resources. We presented mental health and well-being programs for Rotary District 9630 and facilitated over 130 hours of connecting conversations across 175km of bushland through our Hike 4 Happiness events.
