Other: The objects of the Company are:(a) to develop and present high-quality inter-arts creative programs and events, and to deliver those programs and events to a diverse and expanding audience and participant base;(b) to partner individual artists and/or other arts organisations in creative projects, where those artists and/or organisations lack the capacity to realise certain aspects of their enterprise, and where such aspects fall within the vision, meansand expertise of the Company; and(c) to develop and deliver, independently and in partnership with other organisations and/or individuals, creative programs which foster community cultural development.

Description of charity’s activities and outcomes:
A is for Atlas creates compelling original performance works and presents these in extraordinary professional settings to diverse audiences (two new works presented in 2012-13, as well as remounts locally and interstate of another work). We are committed to engaging communities through our creative processes. We run a Youth Mentoring Program, offering pathways for aspiring young creatives to gain industry experience (10 mentorships in 2012-13). We also run a partnership program with local independent artists Shoulderwork), improving their capacity to create (three independent companies supported in 2012-13). We seek funding from government, philanthropic and private sector sources to support our work.
