Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
Samaritans provides a network of services in the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter, Mid North Coast and Western NSW regions. These services help many people including children, youth and people living with a disability or with mental health concerns, parents, families and those who are homeless. Samaritans encourages people to become valued members of their communities by exploring their talents, strengthening their skills and relationships and developing solutions which meet their specific circumstances and needs. Samaritans also engages in advocacy making a public stand for the rights of those marginalised in our community.
