Provided My Community Directory - a portal to the community which was visited by over 1 million people in 12 months providing information to people about support in their own Community across Queensland.Community Information Support Services focuses on people who are the most vulnerable to disease and isolation in the community including:(i)People who struggle with their mental health(ii)Older Australians(iii)Young Parents(iv)Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People(v)People with chronic disease(vi)People with a disabilityDeveloped training for the Community Sector to assist the sector to help meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable people that they work with including specialist mental health services
