Fresh Start continues it's services on drug and alcohol treatment and rehabilitation. 2016/17 hasbeen a difficult time with the present economic climate and in circumstances where the number ofpeople seeking our help has increased by more than 50% over the past three years - a reflectionon the trend in the community where the number of ice addicts has more than doubled. In factWA leads the world in ice addiction! We will continue to support families with addictions.
