Africa Inland Mission Ltd. mobilises and engages workers from Australia and the Asia-Pacific to serve in Africa and other overseas locations. This is done in partnership with Australian and Asia-Pacific churches. Workers serve within an alliance of similar organisations, called Africa Inland Mission International. These workers serve with a primary focus of making disciples of Christ among all African people groups. They may be engaged in teaching and making disciples; training African church leaders; mobilising Africans into mission; or providing support to those doing the first three activities.
Description of charity's activities and outcomes
1. Information about Africa Inland Mission Ltd. (AIM) can be found on www.aimint.org/ap
2. We partner with Australian churches to send workers to Africa or to work with Africans in other locations. In 2018 we had 61 partner churches helping financially supporting 21 full-term Australians (serving more than 12 m). Three short-termers from Australia served in 2018 ( serving up to 1 year.
3. We promote prayer to foster making disciples among African peoples. About 5,549 people in Australia and New Zealand receive prayer information. We also promote www.PrayAfrica.org.
4. In Australia there were 481 individuals or non-church entities helping financially support Australian workers through AIM. General donations and project support came from 123 people in Australia.

In line with its constitution, indiivdiuals or enitites that support the purpose, and uphold the statement of faith can apply. An online application process and membership fee are proposed.
