NIF Australia funds projects through the New Israel Fund which improve the lives of people living in Israel and the Palestinian territories.
Description of charity's activities and outcomes
NIF Australia funds projects which assist a range of people in Israel who are affected by discrimination or racism, lack access to justice, suffer from poverty, or otherwise experience hardship. Groups we support in Israel include refugees and people seeking asylum in Israel, Israelis from diverse backgrounds including migrants from Ethiopia and the Former Soviet Union, Palestinian citizens of Israel and those living in the West Bank, and women in marginalised communities. Using the expertise and experience of the New Israel Fund in Israel, our grants fund only the most effective and impactful programs.
