Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
Welfare Rights Centre provides free legal advice to people in NSW who are in receipt of Centrelink payments and have need of legal advice in regards to their relationship with Centrelink.We service the whole of NSW and advise in person as well as by phone. We have a number of volunteers, offer community legal education, and work towards law reform in the area of Social Security law.
