Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
It is the mission of the Iris Foundation to foster resilience, hope and connections in our community as a means to reducing the risk of suicide. We aim to achieve our mission by; Improving life skills and resilience of individuals in our community, Encouraging connectedness within our Central Coast community, Encouraging wellbeing and early help seeking, Increasing awareness of suicide prevention through community conversations, reducing the stigma, which surrounds suicide and mental ill health.
