Description of charity's activities and outcomes
We promote evidence-based drug policies and public health strategies that aim to reduce the health risks, stigma and other harms resulting from the use of both licit and illicit drugs.

We did this by organising public forums and seminars about drug policy, disseminating public health information about safer drug practices, and making submissions to Government inquiries regarding drug policy.

For example, we coordinated a public forum involving 12 other AOD organisations at the Melbourne Town Hall for 'Support. Don't Punish' day - a global Harm Reduction initiative that aims to reduce the stigma targeted at drug users and encourage access to health services for those in need.

We also attended festivals and conducted street campaigns to promote community discussion on pill testing and provide information on safer practices relating to drug use at music events.

Our public events, advocacy and education activities promote harm-minimisation health practices around the use of both legal and illegal psychoactive substances to advance the prevention and control of the many diseases associated with the use alcohol and other drugs.
