Description of charity's activities and outcomes
During 2016/17 Family Life completed our second year as a company limited by guarantee. We are transitioning our independent community organisation to new ways of working requiring evidence, data analysis, new technologies and new skills to grow our impact for social change and deliver more benefits for children, young people and families. This year completed one three year forward plan successfully and launched the new plan for 2017-20. Our results for this past year are the foundations on which we are building our outcomes measurement tools to report and expand our impact. Implementing a new client data system is well progressed for more comprehensive outcomes reporting in 2017/18For the parents who returned their post service evaluation forms, 97% of parents engaging in Family Support Service Programs indicated an improvement in their family relationships.
