Description of charity’s activities and outcomes:
Quarterly meetings for members at which guest speakers talk on a range of medical issues that may assist members suffering GBS or CIDP.Production of a quarterly Newsletter reporting on the activities of the IN Group including a transcript of the Speakers talk. The Newsletter is sent Nationally to all Members as they are spead far and wide across Australia.The IN Group also maintains a web site which contains information about the IN Group, copies of all past Newsletters plus details of personal contacts to arrange support for newly diagnosed persons including visitations. Proceeds from fund raisings are given to the section researching GBS and CIDP at the Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne.
