Description of charity’s activities and outcomes:
Life Eternal Trust Australia promotes health and personal wellbeing to the Australian population through the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation via regular classes and workshops held in every state around the country. The The classes and workshops are conducted and provided free of cost on a weekly basis where participants learn how to overcome the stresses of modern life and clear the attention of any problems. This in turn has benefits on many levels personally, and in turn contributes to the overall wellbeing of the wider community. We also provide ongoing programs for youth and children interested in meditation. Our members also attend a number of local community events such as fairs, festivals etc., where we offer the public an opportunity to experience meditation and a chance to learn about it and become proficient in the techniques involved.Proponents using the techniques report they find it much easier to relax and their general enjoyment of life dramatically improves.Sahaja Yoga Meditation has been recognised for its many benefits by medical professionals, and respected universities have confirmed the benefits of the meditation technique in published clinical trials.
