Promoting and facilitating the health and quality of life of women during midlife and beyond by: (a) disseminating evidence-based information on menopause and women's midlife health to health professionals and the public; (b) educating doctors and other health care professionals in clinical care, study and understanding of midlife women's health in our community; (c) encouraging the application of evidence-based information and knowledge in midlife women's health and healthy ageing, as clinical best practice; (d) translating research into evidence-based clinical practice excellence and advocacy;
