Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
In 2018 our not for profit research service assisted in sercuring over $700 million in investment into regional Australian development projects. These projects include an energy from waste plant, a technology innovation hub, community sporting infrastructure, a facility to house regional cultural collections and artworks, and a children's outdoor activity centre.
In 2018 we completed 23 research projects for 18 individual organisations, to provide robust and credible information for them to make good decisions for the economic and social development of regional Australia.
Our first Inland Research Fund project took shape in 2018, identifying a significant need for increased tourism destination data for small regional centres. This project will offer increased levels of data and insights for small tourism operators in regional NSW to better target and attract tourists. This project will be piloted in mid 2019.
