Description of charity's activities and outcomes:
During the year HRA has raised awareness of animal experiments by attending expos and festivals, advertising and speaking on their behalf at all opportunities - including to the media.We have also written several government submissions advocating for lab animals and are currently campaigning to secure government funding for researchers to develop alternatives to animals, and to make the rehoming of ex-lab animals mandatory.
