Description of charity’s activities and outcomes
We provided a full support program to people who have a neuromuscular condition, their families and carers. This included 2 children's camps, 4 adult retreats, Duke of Edinburgh program for people with a disability, case coordination, counselling, home visitation, Working Wheels programs assisting people with disability with employment training and opportunities and training for professionals who care for those affected by a neuromuscular condition.We raised awareness and provided advocacy though our quarterly magazine, updated website and one-day medical seminar.
