Description of charity's activities and outcomes
We help rural, remote abd Indigenous communities to develop and maintain local, high-quality, accessible, integrated, patient-centred, culturally-responsive and inclusive medical practices that are able to attract and retain local GPs.

Changes planned
We will create a charitable and corporate fundraising program to provide our communities with the tools to sustain their medical practices. We will also establish Business Development and contract compliance program to increase grant and contracts.
We will work with key rural stakeholders to establish a new collaborative forum focused on advocating for rural, remote and Indigenous health improvements. We will collaborate with other NGOs to support local PHNs develop place based health plans.
We will build collaborative partnerships with universities, training providers and others with the aim of establishing an end-to-end rural GP training pathway.
