Description of charity's activities and outcomes
MCMC organised over 50 hands-on community events including planting, harvesting of seed, weed management, ecological surveys, and burning grasslands with Wurundjeri Traditional owners. Additional activities include conducting 287 educational and engagement sessions, and waterwatch activities across 4 municipalities involving a total of 4,786 people. MCMC provided support to 7 volunteer water monitoring groups at 11 sites in the Merri and Yarra catchments.
