Summary of activities

We worked online and in the community to reduce the prevalence and impact of mental illness and suicide in Australia. Using social media and our website, we were able to reach over 70,000 individual people providing awareness, prevention and recovery education and resources. We presented mental health and well-being programs for Rotary 9630 as well. We also facilitated over 68 hours of connecting conversations over 57km of bushland through our Hike 4 Happiness events.
