Sometimes there are issues logging in to the Charity Portal. Often clearing your cache and browsing history will fix these issues. Here are step-by-step instructions depending on your web browser.

Windows

Click on your web browser for step-by-step instructions.

Option 1:

  • In Internet Explorer, hold down "CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE" on your keyboard to bring up ‘Delete Browsing History’.
  • De-select 'Preserve Favorites website data', and ensure the next 3 options are selected - Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
  • Click ‘Delete’. Once the process has completed, close all Internet Explorer windows and reopen it to ensure the changes take effect.
  • Option 2:

  • In Internet Explorer, hold down "ALT + T" on your keyboard to bring down the Tools menu.
  • Select ‘Delete Browsing History’.
  • De-select 'Preserve Favorites website data', and ensure the next 3 options are selected - Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
  • Click ‘Delete’. Once the process has completed, close all Internet Explorer windows and reopen it to ensure the changes take effect.

  • Change the 'Time Range to Clear' to “Everything”.
  • Only select Cookies and Cache, then click 'Clear Now' at the bottom.
  • Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.
  • Option 2:

  • In Firefox, hold down "ALT + S" on your keyboard to bring down the History menu.
  • Select “Clear Recent History…”.
  • Change the Time Range to Clear to “Everything”.
  • Only select Cookies and Cache, then click 'Clear Now' at the bottom.
  • Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.
  • Option 1:

  • In Chrome, hold down 'Ctrl + Shift +Delete' on your keyboard to bring up 'Clear Browsing Data'.
  • Change the drop-down menu ‘Obliterate / Clear the following items’/'Time range' to ‘The beginning of time’/'All time'.
  • Only select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' in the options below.
  • Click ‘Clear Browsing Data’/'Clear Data'.
  • Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.
  • Option 2:

  • In Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots on the top right hand corner, then click on "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data".
  • Change the drop-down menu ‘Obliterate / Clear the following items’/'Time range' to ‘The beginning of time’/'All time'.
  • Only select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' in the options below.
  • Click ‘Clear Browsing Data’/'Clear Data'.
  • Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.
  • MAC

  • Click on the ‘Safari’ menu.
  • Select ‘Clear History…’.
  • Ensure that ‘All History’ is selected in the clear field.
  • Click ‘Clear History’.
  • Close and reopen the browser to ensure the changes take effect.

  • Select ‘Clear History and Website Data…’.
  • Ensure that ‘All History’ is selected in the clear field.
  • Click ‘Clear History’.

  • Select all options.
  • Click on ‘Reset’.
  • The browser will automatically close and reopen.

  • Select ‘Clear Recent History…’.
  • Ensure the time range to clear is set to ‘Everything’.
