Summary of activities

In reflecting the life's work of Don Dunstan, we foster dialogue and work on collaborative projects to secure outcomes that empower people and communities on issues concerning their social, cultural, and economic development. Specifically, in 2020, our principal activities included: • Backbone support and coordination of the Adelaide Zero Project, the nation-leading collaboration offering innovation in supporting and finding housing for those who experience homelessness. This included providing critical information on those sleeping rough to the SA Government to assist the swift provision of emergency accommodation during the COVID 19 lockdown • Supporting three students in need of financial assistance through the Len King Scholarship, • Convening thought-leadership webinars and other online content on food security, reconciliation, and homelessness, and • Supporting local Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal artists through our Art For Good program.
