Translation and interpreting
To communicate with us in a language other than English, you can use the free Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) to contact us. To use this service, phone TIS on 13 14 50 and ask for an interpreter to call us on 13 22 62.
National Relay Service (NRS)
If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty please contact us through your preferred NRS call channel detailed on NRS call numbers and links, and provide the NRS with our phone number: 13 22 62.
