Each year we publish the Australian Charities Report, a comprehensive record of the charity sector, produced from the latest data from charity Annual Information Statements.
The report describes the characteristics, activities and purpose of Australia’s charities. It is a resource to help charities, donors, governments, researchers and the community better understand Australia’s charities, and their financial status and sustainability.
The report is produced in collaboration with the Centre for Social Impact and the Social Policy Research Centre at the University of New South Wales.
You can download all of the reports, including the series of special reports which look more closely at different types of charities, and explore the data used in the report via the link on this page.
