Summary of activities

South West Music Regional Conservatorium (SWMRC) offers a range of music education, performance and engagement opportunities for schools, students, teachers and community members. We operate in the south west region of NSW in rural and remote communities and cater for learners, performers and audiences of all all ages, interests and abilities. SWMRC provides subsidised music education, scholarships and bursaries to disadvantaged students and reduces barriers to participation through remote learning and engagement of CALD, indigenous and students with disabilities. SWMRC enriches the lives of south west NSW communities through the opportunity to attend concerts, music performances and events at an affordable level. SWMRC builds connectivity, inclusion and social capital through all its activities.
