Summary of activities
* We worked with marginalised people in the games industry (or trying to enter the industry) to help them feel empowered, spread their work to a greater audience, and find new pathways into the industry
* We provided training and consultation to games studios, events, and other workplaces to help them correctly represent diverse perspectives in their work, or make their spaces more accessible and inclusive
* We conducted research into improved representation and its mental health impacts, and found new ways to disseminate the results of this research widely
* We organised events used to promote diverse games and the diverse people who work on them
