Summary of activities

Youth Off The Streets is a non-denominational community organisation that supports young people experiencing homelessness, neglect, abuse, substance dependency and other challenges. We work to empower these young people to turn their lives around and reach their full potential. Since opening in 1991, we have grown from a single food van delivering meals to young homeless people on the streets of Kings Cross to a major youth-specific agency offering a full continuum of care through the delivery of a wide range of services. These include crisis and transitional accommodation, casework support, Aboriginal programs, alcohol and other drug services, counselling, accredited high schools, outreach and residential programs.
