Summary of activities

JusticeNet SA is an independent, not-for-profit legal service that provides free legal help to individuals and charitable organisations in South Australia (and the Northern Territory via our Federal Courts Self-Representation Service). Our aim is to provide a 'safety net' for individuals who cannot afford a lawyer or get the help they need from elsewhere. We provide a referral service for low-income and disadvantaged South Australians experiencing civil law issues. Our Pro Bono Referral Service also assists charitable and community groups. Our Refugee and Asylum Seeker Project provides legal advice and representation. We also operate Self-Representation Services which provide direct legal advice and assistance to people representing themselves in court.
