Summary of activities

We expanded our Missed Birthdays initiative — introducing the Australian public to ambiguous loss — across TV commercials, billboards, newspapers and radio. We ran an emotional health check-ins pilot program that saw 24 counsellors trained in ambiguous loss and 22 loved ones receive specialised support. We launched a podcast that’s been listened to by more than 450,000 people around the world. We conducted research measuring the magnitude of the impact of missingness across Australia.
