    • We raise awareness of the causes of stroke and how to reduce the risk of having a stroke. To save lives, aid recovery, and reduce disability, we develop best-practice treatment guidelines, support hospitals and health professionals, and promote research. We advocate for and implement personal, community, and government support services for stroke survivors and their families to reduce the distress caused by stroke.
