ShareTree focuses on tackling the societal issues at its core in the following three ways: Educate in Character – Creating an accessible and sustainable model of character and culture education for leaders, teachers, students, parents and communities by aligning and evolving best practices assisted by technology. Engage Team Cultures – Improving clarity, wellbeing, and performance in Organisational Cultures by facilitating authentic connections between people based on the character strengths that they see in each other every day and alleviating isolation, depression, loneliness, suicide and aggression that lead to loss of life and mental health issues. Empower Community Impact – Connecting individuals and organisations with purpose-aligned community volunteering initiatives in order to support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and accelerate the sustainable growth of charitable activities.
