Summary of activities

We rescued 191 kittens. 135 were bottle fed neonates and 56 were older Eco Cat Rescues where parents were desexed. A hoarding situation was tackled with 17 kittens brought in, 1 newborn died in care and 16 desexed, microchipped, vaccinated twice and adopted and 1 still in care and 11 owned cats were desexed and microchipped and returned to owner In total 37 owned cats were desexed and microchipped via our ecocats.org program We saved our first cleft palate kitten. He was tube fed for 8 weeks and then had his palate surgically repaired and is now thriving. 21 kittens died. 15 of whom arrived as sick newborns, 6 of them were premature.
