Group Annual Information Statement - member spreadsheets

Download and complete the applicable spreadsheet below to provide details for the charities that form part of the reporting group. 

For each group member, you will be asked to provide:

• its ABN and legal name, as well as the charity's size (this information is mandatory)
• its incorporated association and fundraising licence numbers, if applicable
• additional information if the group member is also registered as an ancillary fund with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Once you have completed the spreadsheet, save it and then upload it to your Group Annual Information Statement.
