The ACNC has published new constitution templates for not-for-profit organisations incorporated with ASIC as public companies limited by guarantee (CLG).
The new templates aim to help small charities and not-for-profits with straight-forward membership to create a suitable governing document.
In addition to the standard CLG template, there are versions for organisations that have specific circumstances; for example those that have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, those that are Health Promotion Charities, or are Public Benevolent Institutions.
The ACNC has published these resources following public consultation.
