The ACNC is seeking public comment on an updated Commissioner’s Interpretation Statement.
We are currently reviewing the:
Commissioner’s Interpretation Statement: Withholding or Removing Commercially Sensitive Information from the Charity Register.
The aim is to ensure that it is clear and accurately reflects the law.

Please submit your comments by close of business on Thursday, 13 June 2024.
Following consideration of submissions, the ACNC will outline a response to the matters raised.
